Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Develop and deliver high-quality Outsystems applications in alignment with business requirements. Ensure the successful execution of the software development lifecycle, from design to deployment. Participate in code reviews and oversee adherence to coding standards. Stay current with Outsystems advancements and industry innovations to integrate new technologies. Lead project meetings to track progress and ensure timely delivery of milestones. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field. A minimum of 7 years of software development experience, specializing in Outsystems. At least 3 years in a leadership or senior role within the Outsystems ecosystem. Deep understanding of application design patterns and software development best practices. Experience with Agile project management methodologies. Strong communication and team collaboration skills. A proactive mindset with the ability to solve complex problems.
