Senior Organization Development Specialist

Develop and maintain organizational charts using Microsoft Visio. Prepare process maps, workflows, and cross-functional flowcharts using Microsoft Visio. Review organizational structures and process documentation to ensure alignment with approved operating models. Prepare and maintain process change request forms, including the rationale, impact, approvals, and implementation requirements. Maintain accurate records of approved organizational and process changes. Draft, review, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), process manuals, and related documentation. Prepare and update job descriptions in coordination with department heads and relevant stakeholders. Ensure job descriptions clearly define job purpose, responsibilities, qualifications, competencies, and reporting relationships. Maintain controlled libraries of organizational charts, SOPs, processes, and job descriptions. Support the administration and monitoring of performance goals and employee evaluations. Review performance data for completeness, consistency, and timely submission. Monitor performance-management timelines and follow up with departments on outstanding actions. Prepare performance reports and identify trends, gaps, and areas requiring management attention. Support the administration of internal surveys, including employee engagement, satisfaction, organizational effectiveness, and other targeted surveys. Coordinate survey communication, participation tracking, data collection, and confidentiality requirements. Analyze survey findings and prepare reports, presentations, and actionable recommendations. Monitor the implementation of agreed actions arising from survey results. Collect, validate, analyze, and interpret organizational and workforce data. Develop management reports, dashboards, and presentations using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI. Translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations for management decision-making. Monitor organizational-development KPIs and highlight trends, risks, and deviations. Support the administration and implementation of knowledge-management initiatives. Assist in capturing, documenting, organizing, and sharing critical organizational knowledge and lessons learned. Support the development of knowledge repositories, templates, and knowledge-sharing practices. Monitor corrective action plans and developmental interventions in coordination with relevant stakeholders. Track action owners, target dates, implementation progress, and closure evidence. Escalate delays and prepare status reports on outstanding corrective and developmental actions. Contribute to continuous-improvement and organizational-effectiveness initiatives.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Industrial Engineering, Management, or a related discipline. Professional certification in organizational development, HR, performance management, process improvement, or Power BI is an advantage. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in organizational development, organization design, performance management, process documentation, or a related HR function. Experience within a large organization, engineering consultancy, project-based business, or professional-services environment is preferred. Demonstrated experience preparing organizational charts, process maps, SOPs, job descriptions, and management dashboards.
