Senior Oracle Function "Fusion Finance modules"

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and support of Oracle Financial Fusion modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM)
• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders in the financial sector
• Provide techno-functional solutions, including system configurations and customizations
• Design and develop reports, integrations, and extensions using Oracle tools
• Collaborate with business users to optimize financial processes and ensure best practices
• Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
• Support data migration, reconciliation, and system upgrades
• Provide user training and post-go-live support
• Work closely with cross-functional teams and external partners
• Required

Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in Oracle Financial Applications (Fusion preferred)
• Strong techno-functional expertise in Oracle Financial modules. 3+ project Hands on Experience working in the financial services or banking sector
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion tools (BI Reports, OTBI, FBDI, HDL, APIs)
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities Preferred

Skills

• Oracle Fusion Financials certification
• Experience in large-scale ERP implementations
• Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements in the financial sector
• Arabic language skills are a plus
• Work Conditions: Onsite role based in Riyadh
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
