Senior MEP Project Manager

Lead and manage complete MEP activities (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) from project initiation to handover. · Oversee site execution, ensuring works are completed as per approved drawings, specifications, and timelines. · Coordinate with consultants, clients, contractors, and internal teams for smooth project execution. · Review and approve MEP shop drawings, method statements, and material submittals. · Ensure compliance with UAE local authority requirements (DEWA, ADDC, DM, DCD, etc.). · Prepare project schedules, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion within budget. · Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and procurement activities related to MEP works. · Identify project risks, resolve technical issues, and implement corrective actions. · Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and adherence to company standards. · Attend progress meetings and prepare detailed reports for management.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering (mandatory). · Minimum 10–15 years of UAE experience in MEP project management. · Proven experience in Villa and High-Rise Building projects. · Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and integrated MEP systems. · Hands-on experience in site execution and project coordination. · Thorough understanding of UAE construction standards and authority approvals. · Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. · Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office. Preferred: · PMP certification or equivalent. · Immediate or short notice availability. Employment Type Full-time
