Senior Manager Sourcing

Manage a high-value technology spend portfolio Influence strategic sourcing decisions across the business Lead strategic sourcing and category management initiatives across technology and IT procurement categories. Partner with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements, develop sourcing strategies, and drive procurement best practices. Manage end-to-end sourcing activities, including RFI, RFP and RFQ processes, supplier evaluation, negotiation, and contract implementation. Conduct supplier, market and spend analysis to identify opportunities, mitigate risk, and support informed decision-making. Lead commercial negotiations and manage supplier relationships to deliver optimal commercial, operational and service outcomes. Monitor supplier performance, ensure compliance with procurement policies, and drive continuous improvement across sourcing activities. Lead, coach and develop procurement team members, providing guidance on sourcing best practices, project execution and stakeholder management while fostering a high-performance culture.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree required; MBA, Finance or Engineering background preferred. Minimum 7 years of procurement and strategic sourcing experience within a multinational organisation. Strong experience across technology and IT sourcing categories, with exposure to leading global technology vendors. Demonstrated expertise in supplier negotiations, category management, stakeholder management, and strategic sourcing. Strong analytical, commercial, communication, and relationship management skills. CIPS certification and experience with SAP Ariba or other procurement platforms are advantageous.
