Senior Landscape Architect

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Lead the design development of complex landscape projects, from concept to construction documentation, ensuring innovative and sustainable solutions. Manage and mentor junior landscape architects and designers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented team environment, while providing technical guidance and support. Conduct site analysis and assessments, including due diligence and feasibility studies, to inform design decisions and ensure project viability. Prepare and present design proposals, presentations, and reports to clients, stakeholders, and regulatory agencies, effectively communicating design intent. Desired Candidate Profile Possess a Master's degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited university, demonstrating a strong foundation in design principles. Hold a current Landscape Architect license (e.g., PLA, RLA) and maintain continuing education credits, showcasing professional commitment. Exhibit a minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in landscape architecture, with a proven track record of successful project delivery. Demonstrate proficiency in relevant design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D, SketchUp, Land F/X), ensuring technical competency.
