Senior HVAC Technician and Professional Painter

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of HVAC systems. Have adequate painting skills for indoor and outdoor painting. Supervise and guide junior technicians and subcontractors on-site. Conduct inspections and testing of systems and equipment to ensure compliance with industry standards. Diagnose malfunctions and perform repairs on HVAC systems. Coordinate with project engineers and site managers to ensure timely execution of work. Maintain proper documentation of service records, maintenance logs and reports. Ensure all work is completed in accordance with safety regulations and quality standards. Desired Candidate Profile Strong knowledge of HVAC systems. Minimum 5 years of experience in painting/HVAC systems in UAE. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and leadership abilities.
