Senior HR Officer

Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the organization's goals, ensuring a proactive approach to workforce planning. Support with Payroll along with C&B Manage the full recruitment cycle, from crafting compelling job descriptions to onboarding new hires, ensuring a seamless candidate experience. Drive employee engagement initiatives, conducting surveys and focus groups to gather feedback and implement actionable improvements. Oversee performance management processes, coaching managers on effective evaluation techniques and facilitating constructive feedback sessions.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus. At least 5 years of progressive HR experience, with a solid background in recruitment, performance management, and employee relations. Professional certifications such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent, demonstrating a commitment to HR best practices. Experience in a fast-paced industry, preferably in tech or manufacturing, showcasing adaptability and strategic thinking. Employment Type Full-time
