- Audit revenue, prepare the daily revenue report, and review operating accounts
- Prepare monthly financial statements, review supplier and customer accounts, and do bank reconciliations
- Monitor the hotel's operating costs, food & beverage costs, and inventory, and prepare analysis ratios
