Senior Full-Stack Developer

Job Title: Senior Full-Stack Developer We are looking for an experienced developer with *at least 5 years of relevant, verifiable professional experience* in web application development who can effectively use modern AI-powered tools to improve development speed and software quality. The successful candidate should be able to understand project architecture, develop both frontend and backend components, troubleshoot technical issues, and deliver functional, reliable features. Practical database knowledge and basic to intermediate familiarity with DevOps are also required. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain frontend and backend components, implement new features, and integrate external services through APIs. Review existing code, identify and resolve technical issues, and improve software quality and performance while following the project’s architecture. Design and modify database structures, write queries, and maintain data integrity and security. Use AI-powered tools for development, code review, test creation, and documentation, while independently validating and correcting their outputs. Manage code changes using Git, participate in code reviews, and support testing, controlled releases, and troubleshooting in production environment

Required Qualifications and Skills Professional Experience A minimum of *5 years of relevant, verifiable experience in software development*, including participation in real-world, production projects. Candidates must be able to clearly explain their roles, responsibilities, and contributions to previous projects. Full-Stack Development Strong practical proficiency in JavaScript or TypeScript, experience building user interfaces with React or a similar framework, and the ability to develop backend services using Node.js or Python. A solid understanding of REST APIs, error handling, modular code, and software design principles is essential. Modern AI-Powered Development Tools Hands-on experience using tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or ChatGPT in software development workflows. Candidates should be able to define problems clearly, provide relevant project context, evaluate proposed changes, and test and refine AI-generated code. Databases Practical knowledge of PostgreSQL or MySQL, the ability to write SQL queries, and an understanding of table design, data relationships, indexes, transactions, and database schema migrations. DevOps and Software Deployment Familiarity with Linux, Docker, environment variables, and build and deployment processes. An understanding of CI/CD concepts, the differences between development and production environments, log analysis, and release rollback procedures is expected. Specialist-level DevOps expertise is not required. Code Quality and Security Proficiency in Git and familiarity with pull requests and code review workflows. The ability to write effective tests and apply sound practices for authentication, access control, input validation, and the secure handling of API keys and sensitive information is essential. Professional Attributes Strong problem-solving skills, the ability to work independently, accountability for output quality, realistic task estimation, and clear communication of progress and blockers are important. Candidates must be able to read technical documentation in English and coordinate with the team before making changes that could affect system stability, security, or data integrity. AI-assisted development is part of this role, but it is not a substitute for programming expertise. Candidates must be able to explain their code, justify technical decisions, and demonstrate how they validate the results.
