Senior FP&A Specialist - Limitless Naturals

We are seeking a passionate and talented Senior FP&A Specialist to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with supply chain leadership to provide financial insights on procurement, logistics, inventory, and distribution
• Develop and maintain supply chain financial models, including cost-to-serve, working capital, and efficiency metrics
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for supply chain operations
• Identify opportunities to optimize costs and improve margins through scenario planning and sensitivity analysis
• Enhance reporting processes and dashboards to improve visibility of supply chain KPIs
• Collaborate cross-functional operations, procurement, and commercial teams to align financial goals with business strategy
• Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. 5-7 years of FP&A experience, with at least 3 years focused on supply chain or operations finance
• Strong analytical and modeling skills (Excel, Power BI, or similar tools)
• Experience with ERP and planning systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
• Excellent communication skills to influence non-finance stakeholders
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
