Basic Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field, or experience in relevant finance roles - Speak, write, and read fluently in English - Experience in forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and interpreting financial results - Experience using financial models, KPIs, and data analysis to inform business decisions with proven business impact (e.g., financial savings, operational improvements, or customer benefits) - Experience in commercial finance business partnering or FP&A Preferred Qualifications - Master's degree (MBA or related discipline) - Professional accounting qualification (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or equivalent) - Experience with data analytics platforms (Power BI, Python, SQL, Tableau)
