Senior Executive Secretary
Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Provide executive and administrative support to the Senior Leadership Team. Manage calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and executive schedules. Prepare presentations, board packs, business reviews, reports, and executive communications. Coordinate meetings, agendas, minutes, action items, and follow-ups. Handle confidential correspondence, records, and business documentation. Analyze and consolidate business data, market intelligence, competitor insights, and performance reports. Support marketing and category development activities, including campaigns, promotions, product launches, and business reviews. Monitor budgets, purchase orders, invoices, and payment approvals. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, vendors, agencies, and government entities. Organize corporate events, cross-functional projects, and executive activities. Track project progress, provide status updates, and ensure timely delivery of objectives. Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and support continuous improvement initiatives and other management-assigned duties. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Project/Time Management certification is an advantage). 5+ years of experience as an Executive Secretary/Executive Assistant supporting C-level executives, preferably CFO, Commercial, or Marketing leaders. Proven expertise in preparing board presentations, executive decks, business reviews, and management reports. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook, with strong presentation and reporting skills. Excellent organizational, planning, communication, and stakeholder management abilities with a high level of professionalism. Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines, and maintain exceptional attention to detail. Experience in FMCG, Manufacturing, Retail, or Corporate environments; exposure to Finance and Marketing functions is preferred. Maintains strict confidentiality, demonstrates strong ownership and accountability, and works proactively with minimal supervision.
