Senior Executive - Quality Systems

Establish and maintain QMS across all facilities. Act as Management Representative (MR) and coordinate with certification bodies. Lead certification and compliance for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, FSC, Golden M, GS, and other required standards. Develop, implement, and improve processes, procedures, and controls. Create, review, and manage SOPs and document control systems. Plan and conduct internal audits and ensure CAPA closure. Support Management Review Meetings with performance and audit data. Deliver QMS and compliance training to employees. Monitor changes in standards and regulatory requirements and update systems accordingly.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field. 5-8 years of QMS experience in a manufacturing environment. Strong experience with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 implementation and maintenance. Previous experience as Management Representative (MR) handling certification and surveillance audits. Proven ability to develop SOPs, processes, and quality controls from scratch. Experience in multi-site/multi-facility operations. Manufacturing industry experience preferred (Furniture, Joinery, Automotive, or similar). Lead Auditor certification (preferred). Strong auditing, root cause analysis, CAPA, documentation, and stakeholder management skills. Knowledge of MS Office and digital QMS tools such as SharePoint, Power BI, or Power Apps is an advantage.
