Senior Estimator/Chief Estimator

Prepare and evaluate cost estimates & tender submissions Analyse drawings, BOQs, specifications and client requirements Develop value engineering and cost optimization solutions Prepare RFIs and coordinate with Clients/Consultants Conduct site visits and support tender clarifications Lead, mentor and coordinate the estimation team Ensure compliance with UAE laws and authority requirements Desired Candidate Profile 10+ years total experience, with minimum 5 years UAE experience Experience in major civil projects: Buildings, Towers, Malls, Residential, Commercial, Logistics & Warehousing Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering / Construction Management or related field Strong analytical, negotiation and communication skills Excellent English proficiency Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, PlanSwift, CCS Candy & Primavera P6 Employment Type Full-time
