Senior Devops Engineer

Lead the investigation and resolution of complex infrastructure and application issues, collaborating with Development and Operations teams to identify root causes and prevent recurrence. Evaluate emerging DevOps technologies, tools, and practices and drive improvements to infrastructure, deployment, monitoring, and operational processes. Maintain technical documentation covering infrastructure architecture, configurations, deployment processes, and operational procedures, while supporting knowledge sharing across the team. Desired Candidate Profile 3 6 years in DevOps, platform engineering or SRE End-to-end ownership of production Kubernetes (operations, upgrades, incidents not just deployments) Strong infrastructure-as-code with Terraform and CI/CD pipeline design GitOps in practice (Argo CD or Flux) Solid scripting in Python and Bash, with the aptitude to grow into building internal tooling Cloud platform depth Demonstrated ownership: has built something other teams depend on and kept it running Ability to set technical standards and drive priorities in a small team; mentoring experience Preferred experience with Internal Developer Platform (IDP) tooling such as Backstage, Port, or similar custom-built platforms. Preferred to have Helm/Kustomize, observability stacks. Preferred to have experience in regulated or fintech environment.
