Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Purpose: To develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise applications by delivering secure, scalable, and reliable software solutions while contributing to continuous improvement and digital transformation initiatives. Main Duties and Responsibilities: Develop, test, and maintain enterprise software applications according to business requirements. Participate in technical design, system enhancements, and application development activities. Build and integrate APIs, backend services, databases, and user interfaces. Resolve application defects, troubleshoot technical issues, and optimize application performance. Collaborate with business analysts, QA engineers, DevOps, and infrastructure teams throughout the development lifecycle. Ensure software complies with security, coding, and quality standards. Perform unit testing, code reviews, and technical documentation. Support production releases and post-deployment activities. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and development best practices. Keep current with modern development technologies and recommend practical enhancements. Desired Candidate Profile QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field . 5+ years of experience in software development, with proven experience in enterprise applications. Strong expertise in backend or frontend development , with good understanding of full-stack technologies. Strong experience in API development, databases, and system integration . Proficiency in relevant programming languages and development frameworks . Strong knowledge of software design principles, coding standards, security, and performance optimization . Experience with unit testing, code reviews, debugging, and technical documentation . Experience working with Agile/Scrum development methodologies and cross-functional teams. Experience supporting production releases and resolving critical application issues . Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Experience in Banking, FinTech, or Payment environments is preferred.
