Senior Data Scientist - Generative AI & Machine Learning

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and deploy Machine Learning and Generative AI solutions.

Build Gen AI applications using LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, Agentic AI, classifiers, and knowledge bases.

Develop and maintain ML/AI pipelines, including data preparation, model deployment, orchestration, monitoring, and optimization.

Develop production-ready solutions using Python.

Take ML models and AI applications from prototype to production.

Build and improve machine learning models using statistical and ML techniques.

Perform feature engineering and analyze data to improve model performance.

Troubleshoot, debug, optimize, and enhance existing applications and code.

Implement AI solutions with appropriate security, privacy, and AI guardrails.

Work with Data Scientists, Data Engineers, Product teams, and other technology teams.

Requirements

5–7 years of experience in Machine Learning, Data Science, AI Engineering, or a related field.

Strong Python programming skills with experience developing production-quality code.

Hands-on experience building Generative AI applications using LLMs.

Experience with Machine Learning and AI pipelines, including model deployment, orchestration, monitoring, and optimization.

Strong knowledge of Machine Learning and statistical techniques.

Experience taking ML/AI solutions from development to production.

Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.

Good communication and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Education

Master’s or Ph.D. degree in Data Science, Machine Learning, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
