Senior Coordinator: Permitting Governance
Job Overview
Support the implementation and monitoring of the Permitting Governance Framework, ensuring permitting processes, procedures, compliance requirements, records, and performance reporting are effectively managed and continuously improved. Key Responsibilities Coordinate permitting governance activities, procedures, and compliance requirements. Maintain permits, licenses, approvals, and governance records. Track KPIs, SLAs, risks, issues, and action items. Prepare governance reports, dashboards, and management updates. Coordinate with internal departments, consultants, and government entities. Support audits, reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives. Maintain governance documentation, registers, and SharePoint repositories. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Urban Planning, Architecture, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field. Minimum 6 years of experience in permitting, governance, regulatory compliance, PMO, project controls, or related fields. Experience in coordinating multiple stakeholders and regulatory processes. Strong knowledge of governance frameworks, reporting, and document management. Required Skills Process and workflow management KPI and performance reporting Stakeholder coordination Microsoft 365 & SharePoint Strong communication and organizational skills Attention to detail and problem-solving Preferred Certifications PMP / CAPM Lean Six Sigma Business Process Management (BPM) Power BI Fundamentals Ideal Experience Range: 6-10 years. Desired Candidate Profile
