Senior Consultant - Environmental and Sustainability

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Environmental Sustainability professional to fulfil the role of Sustainability Senior Consultant, to support the growth of our Sustainability team in Abha. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with high-profile clients from various sectors, whilst developing and delivering a broad range of sustainability services. Accountabilities Work with clients to develop, deliver and assure Sustainability and Net Zero strategies across projects and programmes and throughout the asset lifecycle Support in developing and securing business opportunities with existing and new clients Develop internal relationships with infrastructure, real estate and natural resources sectors, liaising with Project Managers and Commission Leads on projects Embedding Sustainability principles into all aspects of project delivery Responsibilities Deliver work in line with client requirements and agreed proposal deliverables Work with Commission Leads and Sustainability Subject Matter Experts to write technical solutions to meet client requirements Support in effective and efficient project delivery to achieve performance targets and develop technical capabilities Provide input to client engagement activities and development of bids for service provision in line with our Sustainability and Net Zero capabilities Supporting the implementation and monitoring of Turner & Townsend s Corporate Responsibility and Net Zero strategies Desired Candidate Profile Minimum 15 years of professional experience in sustainability consulting, environmental management, or corporate sustainability roles Proven expertise in developing and implementing sustainability strategies and ESG frameworks Strong knowledge of environmental regulations, compliance requirements, and sustainability standards applicable in Saudi Arabia and the Middle East region Demonstrated experience with carbon accounting, lifecycle assessment, and environmental impact analysis Proficiency in sustainability reporting frameworks such as GRI, SASB, TCFD, or similar standards Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills with proficiency in sustainability reporting tools and software Strong project management capabilities with experience leading cross-functional initiatives Exceptional communication and presentation skills in English; Arabic language skills are a plus Saudi Arabian national (as per position requirements) Preferred Qualifications: Professional certifications in sustainability (e.g., LEED, ISO 14001, GRI Certified Sustainability Professional) Experience with Vision 2030 initiatives and Saudi Arabia's sustainability goals Knowledge of circular economy principles and sustainable supply chain management Experience in stakeholder engagement and corporate social responsibility programs Familiarity with sustainability software platforms and data management systems Track record of successfully implementing sustainability programs that resulted in measurable environmental and business benefits Company Industry ConsultingManagement ConsultingAdvisory Services Department / Functional Area Engineering Keywords Senior Consultant - Environmental And Sustainability Get real-time job updates only on our App
