Lead backend architecture and development of a scalable HRIS platform covering HR, payroll, recruitment, and workflow automation.

Key Responsibilities

Develop backend architecture and APIs for HRIS modules Implement secure authentication and RBAC Integrate third-party services (Email, SMS, WhatsApp) Optimize database performance Collaborate with frontend and UI/UX teams Ensure security and compliance standards Desired Candidate Profile 5+ years backend experience Node.js / .NET / Java REST APIs & microservices SQL databases Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) Docker experience.
