Senior Associate - Product Management

Own digital products within Aldar's Digital Engineering portfolio, from conceptualization through planning, development, testing, and launch. Develop new products, design and execute plans, test, and launch to market. Improve customer retention and adoption, collaborating with sales, marketing, and operations teams. Help enhance product value proposition and leverage expansion opportunities across Aldar's developments and operating assets, spanning Smart Cities, Digital Twin, smart building systems, and IoT/OT platforms. Roles And Responsibilities Contributing to the product strategy and roadmap amongst all stakeholders to achieve year on year growth Partnering with our Sales and Marketing teams on go-to-market campaigns to ensure alignment between business and product strategy Working with the Development and Design teams to execute the product vision Coordinating with consultants, vendors, and system integrators to deliver against agreed scope, timelines, and quality Using market research and UX research to analyze and beat our competitors continuously Measuring and celebrating success using business intelligence tools, modern reporting and town hall presentations Coordinating with BIM and GIS teams where spatial or asset data feeds Digital Twin and operational use cases Proactively solve potential problems with other teams to avoid unnecessary conflicts Supporting delivery of large scale bug free releases on time and on budget A natural ability to interpret ambiguity and complexity and transform it to organized and detailed communication Superior relationship building, public speaking and time management skills Excellent technical acumen - knowledge of what it takes to develop code as well as proficient in modern tech stacks To empathize with different user types to reach successful product direction Ability to use data and analytics with intuition in order to help drive decision-making Related Year Of Experience Min of 4+ Years of experience in similar positions Field Of Experience Real Estate Immersive Experiences Digital Twins Smart Cities / Smart Infrastructure Technical And Interpersonal Skills Product Plans Invision UX Principles Product Tours Management Strong communication skillset General awareness of smart cities, digital twins, IoT/OT, BIM, GIS (a plus) We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses and identifying potential inconsistencies or verification signals in application materials based on available information.
