Senior Architect

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Lead design development and technical detailing for interior fit-out projects from concept through construction. Manage and review design team output to ensure quality, accuracy, and design intent. Prepare and present design concepts to clients and stakeholders. Coordinate authority approvals and ensure compliance with UAE building regulations. Collaborate with project coordinators, joinery teams, and site teams to ensure design feasibility. Desired Candidate Profile 5–10+ years of experience in architecture, with a strong portfolio in interior fit-out projects. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture; UAE registration/license is an advantage. Strong portfolio across commercial, hospitality, and residential fit-out projects. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite. Excellent leadership, communication, and client-facing skills.
