Senior Architect

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities China State Construction Engineering Corporation (CSCEC ME) is recruiting Senior Architect to join our technical team in newly awarded Large Scale Projects in Dubai. Duties and Responsibilities: Reviewing designs, drawings, specifications, BOQ & modifications required to suit to prevailing site conditions . Reviewing packages & coordinating with subcontractors for all technical queries & highlighting discrepancies pre & post tendering. Managing a team of structural & architectural draughtsman for preparation of shop drawings. Coordinating with MEP requirements . Receiving of material indents from site, analyzing the requirement & submission for approval. Evaluating & determining appropriate construction delivery systems & most cost effective plans for the project completion . Overseeing the selection of contractors & consultant to complete specific pieces of the project. Reviewing & preparing Method of Statements and submitting to consultant. Attending Weekly Progress meeting with the Client and Consultant and resolve critical issues. Liaising with Sub Contractor, contractors , consultants & Suppliers and coordinating for all the technical Requirements & obtaining clearances.
