Senior AI Engineer

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities We are seeking a Senior AI Engineer with 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering, including significant experience building or deploying agentic AI systems. The ideal candidate combines broad software engineering expertise with hands-on experience designing, developing, and scaling autonomous AI agents that integrate language models, workflows, APIs, and backend systems into production solutions. Job Responsibilities: Architect and implement agentic AI systems capable of autonomous reasoning, planning, tool use, and task execution Design and develop scalable AI applications that leverage LLMs, multi-agent coordination, and contextual reasoning Integrate AI models with tools, APIs, databases, and enterprise platforms to support real-world workflows Build and maintain backend infrastructure, including task orchestration, context management, and performance monitoring Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into robust AI solutions Establish evaluation, safety, and observability frameworks to ensure reliability, ethical behavior, and responsible use of autonomous systems Required Skillset Software Engineering: Proven experience in building large-scale, reliable systems, including backend services, APIs, distributed components, and cloud-native architectures Solid software design skills and understanding of systems fundamentals Required Skillset AI & Autonomous Systems: Hands-on experience with agentic AI, including autonomous agent workflows, multi-agent systems, or tool integration Familiarity with LLMs and Generative AI principles (e.g., language models, embeddings, prompt engineering) Experience with retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), context handling, or memory modules Required Skillset Technical Tools & Infrastructure: Proficiency with programming languages commonly used in AI systems (e.g., Python, Java, C++ or similar) Experience with modern Generative AI frameworks and ecosystems (e.g., LangChain, Autogen, Hugging Face Transformers, vector databases) Familiarity with containerization, orchestration, cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP), and deployment tooling General Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a systems-thinking mindset Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams Desired Candidate Profile We are seeking a Senior AI Engineer with 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering, including significant experience building or deploying agentic AI systems.
