Senior AI Engineer and Full-Stack AI Developer - Arabic Speaking

Design and develop AI agents, chatbots, interactive avatars, and conversational applications. Build bilingual Arabic and English AI solutions with strong support for Arabic content, speech, and user interaction. Integrate large language models, speech-to-text, text-to-speech, computer vision, and generative AI services. Develop real-time avatar experiences using Unreal Engine or other suitable 3D platforms. Work with Unity, Blender, animation tools, character models, lip synchronization, and real-time rendering technologies. Develop backend services, APIs, databases, web interfaces, dashboards, and administrative portals. Build full-stack applications using Python and suitable frontend and backend frameworks. Integrate AI solutions with internal systems, websites, mobile applications, telephony platforms, and external APIs. Develop secure and scalable architectures for cloud and on-premises deployment. Work with databases such as PostgreSQL and MySQL and deploy applications using Docker and cloud platforms. Evaluate and integrate open-source and commercial AI models and services. Improve AI accuracy, response quality, latency, reliability, and multilingual performance. Maintain source code, system architecture, technical documentation, deployment procedures, and user guides. Support testing, troubleshooting, production deployment, monitoring, and continuous enhancement. Coordinate with business units to understand requirements and convert them into practical AI solutions. Mentor developers and support the planning and delivery of AI projects.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor’s degree in Artificial Intelligence Engineering. Minimum six years of relevant experience in software development, AI engineering, or full-stack development. Strong Python programming and full-stack development skills. Practical experience with LLM applications, conversational AI, AI agents, chatbots, speech processing, APIs, and databases. Experience developing AI avatars or other real-time interactive systems. Experience with Unreal Engine and familiarity with Unity, Blender, or similar 3D technologies. Knowledge of cloud platforms, Docker, REST APIs, PostgreSQL, MySQL, and application deployment. Strong system architecture, analysis, troubleshooting, and documentation skills. Fluency in spoken and written Arabic and English is mandatory. Employment Type Full-time
