Senior Accountant

Manage day-to-day accounting activities and maintain accurate financial records. Monitor cash flows, liquidity requirements, and banking operations to ensure effective fund management. Perform bank, intercompany, supplier, and general reconciliations. Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities and ensure timely reporting. Prepare and review UAE VAT and Corporate Tax returns and ensure compliance with applicable regulations. Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions. Maintain accounting records and transactions in ASAP/Oracle ASAP ERP systems. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Ensure adherence to company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CMA or equivalent are preferred. Minimum 4+ years of accounting experience, at least 2 years in the UAE. Hands-on experience with ASAP/Oracle ASAP ERP systems. Strong knowledge of UAE VAT and Corporate Tax. Proven experience in cash flow management and financial reconciliations. Proficiency in Advanced MS Excel and financial reporting tools.
