Senior Accountant

Manage AP and AR transactions, invoice verification, payments, collections, and account reconciliations. Prepare journal entries, accruals, bank reconciliations, and GL account reconciliations. Support monthly and year-end closing and financial reporting activities. Reconcile vendor and customer balances and resolve discrepancies. Monitor control accounts and ensure accurate posting between purchasing, sales, inventory, and GL modules. Handle intercompany transactions and support consolidation entries. Ensure compliance with VAT, WHT, corporate tax, and other statutory requirements. Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, customers, vendors, and internal departments. Manage online banking entries, stock adjustments, insurance-related accounting, and tax filings.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Accounting or Finance. Minimum 9 years of accounting experience. Strong experience in AP, AR, GL, taxation, reconciliations, and financial closing. Experience using ERP systems such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics GP, or Oracle. Strong Microsoft Excel skills. Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic. Strong attention to detail, organization, time management, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform effectively under pressure.
