Senior Accountant

SENIOR ACCOUNTANT A well-established company is looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to join its finance team in Lebanon. Key Responsibilities Manage daily accounting operations and ensure accurate financial records. Prepare monthly and annual financial reports and reconciliations. Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities. Prepare and review bank, supplier, customer, and account reconciliations. Support month-end and year-end closing processes. Ensure compliance with applicable accounting, tax, and statutory requirements. Coordinate with internal departments, auditors, banks, and external stakeholders. Identify discrepancies and ensure timely resolution. Contribute to improving financial processes, controls, and reporting.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 5+ years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in a structured corporate environment. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting. Excellent Excel skills and experience with accounting/ERP systems. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. High attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality. Good command of English and Arabic.
