Senior Account Manager

Account manager required to develop and own new business for for one onf our Infotech clients across five solution areas: Data Platform, Artificial Intelligence, Governance Risk & Compliance, Customer Experience, and Digital Transformation. The role carries an individual order booking target and is responsible for building pipeline from first contact through to signed contract across government, semi-government and large enterprise accounts in Oman.- Own an annual order booking and gross margin target for the assigned solution areas and account set. - Build and maintain a qualified pipeline with accurate forecasting, and report pipeline status in the departmental review cycle. - Identify, qualify an Desired Candidate Profile - Own an annual order booking and gross margin target for the assigned solution areas and account set. - Build and maintain a qualified pipeline with accurate forecasting, and report pipeline status in the departmental review cycle. - Identify, qualify and close new logo opportunities in government, BFSI, oil and gas, telecom, utilities and large enterprise accounts. - Lead the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, solution positioning, commercial structuring, negotiation and closure. - Manage tender and RFP responses end to end, working with the bid management and presales teams on technical content, costing and compliance. - Engage at CIO, CFO, Director General and equivalent level, and build multi-threaded relationships across IT, business and procurement. - Work with OEM and platform partners on joint pitches, co-sell programmes and partner-funded initiatives, and help identify new partnerships where our portfolio has gaps. - Coordinate with presales, delivery and service teams so that what is sold can be delivered at the committed margin. - Maintain accurate records of accounts, contacts, opportunities and activity in the company's sales systems. Support the department's go-to-market work: collateral, customer briefings, workshops and industry events.
