Screener - BPO Industry

Candidate Screening & Evaluation Conduct initial screening of applicants based on predefined job requirements and hiring criteria. Review resumes and applications to assess qualifications, experience, and role suitability. Perform pre-screening calls to evaluate communication skills, availability, and overall fit. Administer and coordinate online assessments when required. Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the screening process. Recruitment Coordination Work closely with Talent Acquisition Specialists and Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and priorities. Maintain accurate candidate records and status updates within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Schedule qualified candidates for interviews and coordinate next recruitment steps. Track candidate pipelines and provide timely updates on recruitment progress. Compliance & Quality Ensure compliance with company recruitment policies and data privacy regulations. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling candidate information. Support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives throughout the hiring process. Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree preferred. (Undergrads are welcome to apply) 0 1 year of experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, Customer Service, or a related field. Previous exposure to the BPO industry is an advantage but not mandatory. C1 English level is a must. Skills & Competencies Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
