Scale Support Analyst

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Scale Support Analyst to join our Dubai team. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of hands-on experience in technical scale support, ensuring high availability, performance, and reliability of large-scale systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to diagnose and resolve complex issues, implement capacity planning, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

Monitor system performance and capacity metrics for large-scale infrastructure Troubleshoot and resolve technical incidents related to scalability, performance, and reliability Collaborate with development, operations, and network teams to identify root causes and implement corrective actions Develop and maintain automation scripts and tooling to streamline support workflows Conduct capacity planning exercises and forecast future resource requirements Participate in on-call rotation and respond to critical incidents in a timely manner Document support procedures, runbooks, and post-incident reviews Recommend and implement performance optimization strategies and best practices

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) Background in capacity planning and load testing tools (e.g., JMeter, Locust) Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices Relevant certifications (e.g.

Qualifications

4-6 years of experience in technical scale support or related role Strong understanding of distributed systems architecture and performance tuning Proficiency with monitoring and alerting tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog) Experience with scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell Solid working knowledge of Linux/Unix operating systems Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
