Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Job Title: Solution Architect (Automotive) Location: Kuwait Experience: 9+ Years in Salesforce (3+ Years as Solution Architect Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect to lead the end-to-end architecture for a large-scale CRM transformation program. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in enterprise CRM platforms, solution architecture, integrations, data architecture, and stakeholder management. You will work closely with business leaders, delivery teams, and System Integrators (SI) to design scalable, secure, and future-ready CRM solutions. Desired Candidate Profile Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end CRM solution architecture across business, application, data, and integration layers. Design scalable, secure, and high-performing CRM solutions aligned with enterprise standards. Conduct solution design workshops and translate business requirements into technical solutions. Define integration architecture for CRM with ERP, Finance, DMS, Customer Portals, Marketing platforms, and Data Warehouses. Review and approve solution designs, integration specifications, and data models. Define data architecture, migration strategy, governance, and data quality standards. Provide technical leadership during design, development, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support. Work closely with System Integrators, vendors, and internal teams to ensure architectural consistency. Present architecture decisions, risks, and recommendations to business and executive stakeholders. Required Skills & Experience 9+ years of experience as a Solution/Technical Architect on enterprise CRM or Digital Transformation projects. Strong experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP CRM, or HubSpot Enterprise. Expertise in Enterprise Integration, REST APIs, Middleware, Data Architecture, and Solution Governance. Experience working in multi-vendor environments with System Integrators (SI). Strong understanding of enterprise security, compliance, and architecture frameworks. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. TOGAF Certification preferred. Salesforce Architect / Microsoft Dynamics 365 Architect or equivalent CRM certifications are an added advantage. Preferred Profile Experience leading enterprise CRM transformation programs. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams. Experience in C-level stakeholder engagement and enterprise architecture governance.
