Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Looking to engage a Salesforce Developer to support ongoing projects, system enhancements, and optimization initiatives across CRM, Collections, Sales Operations, and Channel Operations. The developer will work closely with internal teams to implement enhancements, resolve gaps, and support integrations that improve business processes and user experience. This is a delivery-focused role aimed at accelerating key initiatives within the Salesforce ecosystem. Develop and customize Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC). Deliver enhancements, bug fixes, and small-to-medium project components within agreed timelines. Work on integration touchpoints between Salesforce and external platforms (APIs, middleware). Implement workflows, reports, dashboards, and automation to support business functions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Desired Candidate Profile 5 8 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer. Strong expertise in Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL, and Lightning Web Components. Proven experience working on Salesforce enhancements and project-based deliveries. Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using APIs/middleware. Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
