Sales Trainee (Arabic Speaking)

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Jungleworks is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Trainee (Arabic Speaking) to drive revenue growth, generate new business opportunities, and build strong relationships with clients across the Middle East and other Arabic-speaking markets. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English, a strong understanding of SaaS/technology sales, and the ability to manage the complete sales cycle from initial conversation to closure. Key Responsibilities Manage the complete sales cycle, including lead qualification, product demonstrations, negotiation, and deal closure. Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients, SMBs, and strategic partners. Understand client business requirements and recommend suitable Jungleworks solutions. Conduct virtual and in-person meetings with prospective clients. Collaborate with internal teams including product, marketing, customer success, and operations to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction. Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline updates in CRM. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets. Desired Candidate Profile Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English (written and spoken) is mandatory. Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills. Experience handling clients across the Middle East region. Ability to work independently and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously. Strong understanding of sales processes and CRM tools. Target-oriented mindset with a proven track record of achieving sales goals. Preferred Candidates based in the UAE who can work from the Sharjah office. Experience in SaaS products.
