Sales Support Officer

Responsibilities

• Promote Joramco s services and establish communication with customers through different communication channels
• Prepare offers and quotations in response to customers RFPs/RFQs
• Follow up on and provide feedback for special sales campaigns, suggesting improvements and new ways to maximize sales opportunities
• Maintain a schedule to ensure all commitments are met, and appropriate contacts are made
• Customize contracts to align with the required scope of services
• Administer contract adjustments during negotiations
• Prepare standard contracts and general agreements
• Arrange and lia with customer regarding pre-input requirements
• Prepare price and ELR statistics
• Prepare periodic & non periodic reports as required
• Handle and maintain records of customer Warranty claims
• Provide tools and continuous improvement ideas to assist the department in achieving its target
• Prepare presentations, tables, and statistics for internal reports
• Perform any other roles and responsibilities within the scope of his/her specialization, as assigned by the direct manager
• Adhere to company and department-approved systems, policies, and procedures in performing his duties
• Contribute to team development and process improvements to optimize the output, timekeeping, etc. Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements

• University degree in Aeronautical Engineering or a similar Engineering discipline, such as Industrial Engineering, with additional qualifications in Business administration
• Excellent command of the English Language
• Excellent computer literacy, mastering Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and business applications
• Strong analytical & problem-solving skills, with the ability to exercise mature judgment Excellent organizational & and time management skills
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills Excellent customer service skills Excellent command of the English language
