Sales Supervisor Retail & Key Accounts

Develop sales across UAE retail and key-account channels. Proactively identify and open new small and medium supermarket chains and retail groups. Develop relationships with buyers, category managers and key decision-makers. Expand distribution of our food portfolio and secure new product listings. Negotiate pricing, promotions, displays and commercial agreements. Drive sales volume, product availability, visibility and repeat business. Achieve agreed sales, margin, collection and new-account targets. Monitor competitor activity, pricing and market opportunities. Supervise market coverage and provide regular sales forecasts and reporting. Build a healthy sales pipeline and continuously develop new accounts. Monitor competitor products, pricing, market trends and customer requirements. Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, customer pipelines and market feedback.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum 3–5 years of UAE FMCG/Food sales experience, preferably within retail and key accounts. Strong knowledge of supermarket chains and independent retail networks and Wholesale across the UAE. Existing relationships with retail buyers and decision-makers are highly preferred. Proven ability to open new accounts and grow distribution from the ground up. Strong negotiation, commercial and relationship-building skills. Experience across food categories such as frozen food, pasta, juices, canned food or similar FMCG products is an advantage. Malayalam and/or Hindi language skills are highly preferred, particularly with experience serving Indian-community retail channels. Good command of English. Valid UAE driving license required.
