Sales Representative

Generate and follow up with potential clients through calls, online leads, referrals, and other channels. Understand clients' immigration and visa requirements and provide appropriate information about available services. Explain immigration programs, visa processes, eligibility requirements, and service packages clearly and professionally. Convert leads into clients and achieve assigned monthly sales targets. Handle client questions, objections, and concerns professionally. Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and existing clients. Build strong and long-term relationships with clients. Prepare quotations and explain service charges and payment options. Coordinate with immigration consultants and documentation teams for smooth client processing. Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and client information in CRM systems. Keep clients informed about the progress of their applications. Prepare daily and weekly sales reports for management. Stay updated about relevant immigration programs, visa requirements, and procedural changes.

Desired Candidate Profile

Previous experience in sales, customer service, immigration, visa consultancy, or a related field is preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong sales, negotiation, persuasion, and client-handling abilities. Ability to generate leads, conduct effective follow-ups, and convert prospects into clients. Target-oriented and motivated to achieve sales goals. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Good problem-solving and customer-service skills. Confident and professional when communicating with clients. Good computer skills; knowledge of CRM systems is an advantage. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Self-motivated, positive, and willing to learn. Immediate joiners are preferred. Experience in UAE immigration/visa consultancy sales is an advantage. Employment Type Full-time
