Sales Representative - Outdoor

About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven and proactive Outdoor Sales Representative with 3 to 5 years of solid field sales experience. In this role, you will be responsible for expanding our client base, conducting field visits, pitching our products/services, and closing deals to achieve monthly sales targets. Key Responsibilities Identify and generate prospective leads through active field visits, cold calling, and market networking. Conduct face-to-face meetings and presentations with potential clients to introduce company solutions. Build, maintain, and nurture long-term professional relationships with new and existing clients. Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to finalize sales agreements. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities. Prepare and submit regular field visit reports, sales forecasts, and pipeline updates to the Sales Manager. Achieve and consistently exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Education

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Commerce, or any relevant field.

Experience

3 to 5 years of proven experience in outdoor/field sales (B2B or B2C depending on company profile). Transportation: Own car is highly preferred (with a valid driving license). Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Target-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); CRM/ATS experience is a plus. Fluent or very good command of Arabic and English.
