Sales & Rental Executive – Construction Equipment

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve assigned sales targets. Identify and develop new customers, contractors, dealers, and project opportunities. Conduct customer visits, product presentations, demonstrations, and commercial negotiations. Prepare quotations, negotiate prices and payment terms, and follow up until order closure. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, customer requirements, and pricing. Coordinate with the technical, service, spare parts, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth order execution. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, quotations, and sales pipelines. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives.

Desired Candidate Profile

We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Sales Executive with proven sales experience in heavy construction equipment and machinery(Excavators, Wheel Loaders, Bulldozers / Dozers, Dump Trucks, Cold Milling Machines, Asphalt Pavers, Feeders, Road Rollers / Compactors, Crushers). The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the construction equipment market and an established network of customers, contractors, dealers, and equipment rental companies. The candidate will be responsible for developing new business, managing existing customers, achieving sales targets, and promoting our range of heavy construction machinery.
