Sales Officer

Research and manage customer and market information within assigned territory (customer size, demand, pricing information, etc.) Identify customer requirements and support sales planning Build and maintain customer relationships through regular communication and after-sales follow-up Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries, including product and pricing information Process quotations and orders related to Spare Parts and Service Manage and report on customer accounts and sales progress Propose products and services tailored to customer needs Support the Sales Team Leader in developing sales plans for key accounts Coordinate and follow up on the entire order process between headquarters, local warehouses, and customers Provide additional support for sales and business operations as required

Desired Candidate Profile

Required: 4–6 years of relevant work experience Strong communication skills in English for both internal and external interactions Excellent customer-facing and relationship management skills Proficiency in MS Office and basic report/document writing Stable career history with consistent tenure Preferred: Prior experience in a Sales role Knowledge of or experience in the Indian marine, shipbuilding, or vessel market (preferred) Knowledge of or experience in the Middle East marine, shipbuilding, or vessel market Experience in Spare Parts / Marine Service sales Experience working with international clients and multinational organizations Employment Type Full-time
