Sales Manager / Senior Sales Manager (Life/GI)

Manage sales performance by monitoring sales targets, portfolio quality, and policy persistence to ensure business growth and maintain a strong, sustainable portfolio. Monitor client satisfaction by assessing feedback, analyzing service quality, and supporting the sales team in identifying and developing new sales opportunities to strengthen customer retention and business expansion. Conduct sales visits by engaging with potential clients and coaching the sales team on effective sales and client management strategies to enhance sales performance and improve client relationships. Explore and develop business opportunities by researching market trends, building industry contacts, and sharing insights with the sales team to identify new growth areas and maintain a competitive edge. Apply R&I tools by integrating data-driven insights and risk assessment techniques to support sales decision-making and enhance business resilience.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in business administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. Professional certifications in insurance (e.g., LOMA, CII) are preferred. An MBA or advanced degree is preferred. 7 10 years of experience in sales management, with a proven track record of achieving business targets. At least 2 years of experience in a management role. Prior experience in the insurance industry is required.
