Sales Manager – Electronics

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager – Electronics to lead and grow our sales operations across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in consumer/commercial electronics distribution or retail, with proven ability to manage teams, build channel relationships, and deliver revenue growth in the KSA market. Develop and execute the regional sales strategy for electronics products (e.g., consumer electronics, home appliances) Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets across assigned territories Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives/account managers Build and maintain strong relationships with key retailers, distributors, and B2B clients across KSA Identify new business opportunities and expand market share Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing to inform strategy Negotiate trade terms, contracts, and promotional plans with partners Prepare accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for management Ensure proper merchandising, stock availability, and after-sales support in coordination with relevant teams Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events Desired Candidate Profile 5+ years of sales experience in the electronics industry, with at least 2 years in a managerial role Strong network within the KSA electronics retail/distribution market preferred Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken) Valid Saudi driving license and willingness to travel within the Kingdom Employment Type Full-time
