Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA is a plus. Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive sales experience in the electrical products industry, with a proven track record of exceeding targets. Demonstrated experience in managing and developing a successful sales team, preferably in a B2B or industrial sales environment.
