Sales Manager

Identify and approach contractors, developers, consultants, architects and fit-out companies. Promote aluminium and glass products including façade, curtain wall, windows, doors and shopfronts. Generate leads through market research, site visits and industry contacts. Prepare and follow up on quotations and tenders. Build strong client relationships and convert leads into projects. Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain a strong project pipeline. Develop new business opportunities in the UAE. Desired Candidate Profile 2+ years of sales experience in the UAE construction industry. Strong experience in aluminium, glass, façade or related construction products is preferred. Good knowledge of the UAE construction market and existing industry contacts. Proven ability to generate new clients and win projects. Strong communication, negotiation and follow-up skills. UAE driving licence preferred. Target-oriented, proactive and willing to travel for client meetings and site visits. Employment Type Full-time
