Sales Manager – Conveyor Systems

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities The Sales Manager – Conveyor Systems is responsible for driving business growth by developing and managing sales of conveyor systems and material handling solutions across industrial sectors including manufacturing, logistics, mining, cement, and Oil & Gas-related industries. Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales strategies for conveyor system products and solutions Identify new business opportunities in industrial and infrastructure sectors Manage end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, site visits, technical discussions, proposal submission, negotiation, and closure Build strong relationships with EPC contractors, consultants, and industrial clients Coordinate with engineering teams for customized conveyor solutions Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies Prepare technical and commercial proposals in coordination with design/estimation teams Participate in tenders and pre-qualification processes for large projects Maintain CRM records and provide sales forecasting reports Desired Candidate Profile Industry Exposure Material Handling Systems Conveyor Belts / Roller Conveyors / Bulk Handling Systems Cement Plants, Mining, Logistics, Manufacturing, and Oil & Gas support industries Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Industrial Engineering or related field 5–10 years’ experience in industrial sales (conveyors or heavy equipment preferred) Strong knowledge of industrial project sales cycle UAE/GCC experience preferred Valid driving license Arabic speaking is an advantage Employment Type Full Time Company Industry PlasticsRubber Department / Functional Area SalesBusiness Development Keywords Material Handling SolutionsKey Account ManagementB2B SalesSalesBusiness DevelopmentConveyor SolutionsConveyorConveyor BeltsRoller ConveyorsBulk Handling SystemsConveyor Systems SalesEquipmentIndustrial Sales Get real-time job updates only on our App
