Sales Manager Bahrain

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Fospe Technologies W.L.L. is seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to drive software sales, build strong customer relationships, and expand our presence across Bahrain and Saudi Arabia. Key Responsibilities Generate new business opportunities and manage the complete sales cycle. Promote and sell software solutions, AI products, SaaS platforms, and digital transformation services. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and key decision-makers. Conduct client meetings, product demonstrations, and presentations. Identify customer requirements and propose suitable technology solutions. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and contracts. Coordinate with technical and project teams to ensure successful project delivery. Represent the company at business events, exhibitions, and networking meetings. Desired Candidate Profile Proven experience in Software Sales , SaaS Sales, or Technology Solutions Sales Strong customer relationship management and account management skills Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities Ability to generate leads and close deals independently Valid driving license preferred Willingness to travel frequently within Bahrain and Saudi Arabia Strong understanding of business processes and digital transformation solutions Preferred Qualifications Experience selling ERP, CRM, AI, SaaS, or enterprise software solutions Existing business network in Bahrain and/or Saudi Arabia Experience working with government, enterprise, or SME clients Arabic language skills are an advantage Company Industry IT - Software Services Department / Functional Area SalesBusiness Development Keywords Sales Manager Bahrain Get real-time job updates only on our App
