Sales Manager

Lead, manage, and motivate the Property Consultant team. Set and monitor monthly sales targets and KPIs. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives. Monitor leads, follow-ups, viewings, negotiations, and deal closures. Coach and train team members to improve sales performance. Support agents in negotiations and closing high-value transactions. Build strong relationships with clients, property owners, and developers. Monitor CRM activity and ensure proper lead management. Stay updated on UAE real estate market trends and new projects. Prepare sales performance reports and provide regular updates to management. Ensure the team follows company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. Desired Candidate Profile 3+ years of experience in UAE real estate sales, with team leadership experience. Strong leadership, sales, negotiation, and communication skills. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Strong knowledge of UAE real estate market and off-plan projects. Ability to motivate, coach, and manage a team of Property Consultants. Target-driven, proactive, and results-oriented. Excellent client relationship and closing skills. Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
