Sales Manager - Security Services

Develop and execute the sales strategy to achieve revenue and contract targets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities across target sectors (industrial, commercial, residential, government, and events). Lead tender and RFP responses, including technical and commercial proposals, in coordination with operations and finance. Prepare pricing and manpower cost models that are competitive and profitable. Negotiate contract terms and close deals with key decision-makers. Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts, and identify opportunities for upselling and contract extensions. Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and regulatory changes affecting the security sector. Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and CRM records, and report forecasts to management. Coordinate with operations to ensure a smooth handover and mobilization of newly won contracts. Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings Desired Candidate Profile

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.

Experience

5+ years of experience in the security field, with a proven track record in business development or sales of security services. Languages: English and Arabic.
