Sales Manager - Automotive

Perform sales activities and negotiates sales price and discounts in consultation with general manager. Manage personnel and develop sales and support staff. Review progress of sales on a monthly basis. Assume overall responsibility for the Sales Team s performance and target achievements Handle the process of new dealership, responsible of evaluating the potentials, and setting meeting with both CEO and General Manager for decision. Accountable for providing dealer with needed documentation (insurance, cheque quotation, showroom with parking, etc.) Handle all legal documentation for dealer agreement and legislation documents and ensure getting needed signatures. Ensure that dealer showroom meets standards and set car list for showroom. Liaise with accounting department for the opening of accounts for dealers. Manage the fleet process by preparing clients portfolio, conducting meeting with interested clients, preparing offers and getting needed approvals. Ensure proper file management related to clients of fleet process. Approve customer s application after coordinating with concerned parties (banks, accounting, etc.) for client credit and payment facilities. Develop specific plans to ensure revenue growth. Provide quarterly results assessments of sales staff s productivity. Coordinate proper company resources to ensure efficient and stable sales results. Properly manage business deals and contracts. Review and approve significant contract amendments, and ensure the circulation to relevant parties accordingly Prepare and verify Sales Reports on a weekly basis and ensure communicating to CEO and General Manager. Hold regular meeting with sales staff. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
